Very comfortable king bed (71x79 inch = 180x200cm), luxury pillows and soft white linen. 2. Spacious marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower and 24-hour hot high-pressure water. Large mirror, hair dryer, quality towels, heated towel rack, and free toiletries. 3. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and juicer). Dining table with chairs. 4. Air-conditioning unit (hot and cold) 5. Washing / drying machine with easy user instructions, free detergent capsules, drying and heated racks, iron, and ironing board. 6. Comfortable sofa 80x160cm (31x63 inch) which can sleep a child (to 14 years). 7. Complementary Nespresso coffee and individually wrapped tea bags. 8. Smart 43” TV with free cable channels. For streaming services (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video and Disney), guests use their own account. 9. Safe box, umbrella, UK/US/Canada electric plug adaptors and free dedicate high speed Internet 10. Double glazed windows to shield noise and solid wood shutters to blackout the whole apartment when needed. 11. Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach rackets/balls and beach bag. Lisbon beaches are 30 minutes away! 1. Guests will have the apartment all for themselves. Nothing is shared. 2. The apartment has Smart Lock with personalised access codes. Unless otherwise agreed the access code will be active at 3:00 PM on the check-in day and will automatically deactivate at 11:00 AM on the check-out day. 3. Host will not access the apartment during guests' stay unless to clean the apartment, provide supplies, or do urgent maintenance - if needed. Access date and time will be agreed with guests. Interaction with guests may take place at check-in or to say good-bye at check-out. We are very responsive if anything is needed at any time. Getting around to Lemonn Apartments is easy as we are located in the centre of Lisbon. In any case, you will be 20 minutes walking from main central attractions. We have bus stop and tram stop next door. Chiado metro station is 10 minutes away. With Viva Viagem travel card to travel by Bus, Tram or Metro. Great value to go around Lisbon. Next to Lemonn apartments, the shop at (R. do Poço dos Negros 82) sells travel cards. We have street parking around Lemonn Apartments (not always available) and we have 2 paid car parks near by (5 minutes walking). 1. Apartment is on the 1st floor. Building has lift (elevator) but there are 2 steps to get into the building. 2. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 guests; but sofa bed can be used for a child (up to 14 years) 3. The apartment is equipped with Minut security sensor which monitors noise decibel to deter unauthorised parties. There are no cameras or any recording equipment inside the apartment. 4. For long stays, there is a mandatory apartment cleaning every 8 days for 20 Euros per cleaning 5. Washing Machine takes maximum laundry load of 3.5 Kg (7Lbs). Washing towels, duvets or heavy items is not allowed 6. The apartment includes smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit. Building has security cameras (CCTV) at building entrance.
